Thank you for shopping at Lucky Grabs! Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
๐ฆ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Tags, seals, and hygiene stickers (if any) must remain intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
โ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Beauty and skincare products that are opened or used

Makeup products

Undergarments and intimates

Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Gift cards

To initiate a return:

Contact us at support@luckygrabs.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect items shipped

Defective or damaged items
If you wish to exchange, please email support@luckygrabs.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you promptly.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or damaged item sent).

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.

If you havenโt received a refund:

๐จ๐ฆ Shipping in Canada Only
Currently, we only ship within Canada. Returns must also be shipped from a Canadian address.
